Two Major Competitive National Level Exams- JEE and NEET



What is JEE?

JEE or Joint Entrance Examination is an All-India Level Engineering Entrance Examination. It is an online test conducted by the National Testing Agency for the aspirants who want to pursue undergraduate engineering programs like BE/B. Tech, B.Plan, and B.Arch. This exam is the key for the front gate to the top-tier Engineering Colleges of India like Indian Institute of Information Technology(IIITs), National Institute of Technology(NITs), and Central Funded Technical Institutions(CFTIs)


Levels in JEE: There are two levels in exam - JEE Main & JEE Advanced


JEE Main Qualified for the admission in Indian Institute of Information Technology(IIITs), National Institute of Technology(NITs), etc.


JEE Advanced Required for the admission in Indian Institute of Technology(IITs) and Indian School of Mines(ISM).


Syllabus & Exam Pattern

JEE Main

● It consists of 90 Multiple-choice Questions and the time duration is 3 hours.
● The question paper is divided into 3 sections: Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
● Each section has 30 questions with 4 points for each correct answer.
● 1 point is deducted for each wrong answer.


JEE Advanced

● Though it has questions based on the same subjects as the JEE Main, it is different from it in other aspects.
● It entails 2 separate exams, each of 3-hour duration, and is divided into 3 sections.
These question papers are specifically designed to test the applicant’s understanding and core knowledge in various subjects related to Science and Engineering

What is NEET?

NEET or National Eligibility Entrance Test is basically a National Level Pre-Medical Test. It is an on-paper test, also conducted by the National Testing Agency(NTA) to qualify for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) & Bachelor of Dental Surgery(BDS) programs in high-ranking Indian Dental or Medical Colleges.


Syllabus & Exam Pattern



  • ● The mandatory subjects for the NEET exam are Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Zoology and Botany)
  • ● The question paper comprises 180 questions, 45 questions from each subject
  • ● It’s an offline mode exam, i.e. pen and paper are required and the exam is taken manually.
  • ● The type of the question paper is Multiple-choice questions(MCQs)
  • ● The time duration for NEET exam is 3 hours.
  • ● Each question is of 4 marks and 1 mark is deducted for each wrong answer.
  • ● The exam consists of questions from the Grade 11-12 syllabus of all the abovementioned subjects following the NCERT curriculum.
  • ● The exam is available in 11 different Indian Languages- English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, Oriya, Kannada, Assamese, Telugu, Marathi, and Gujarati.


Test Series Content

The program being explicitly designed for the students of the broad spectrum ranging from Grade 6-12, the test series outlined is very detailed and flexible to suit the variety of aspirants.


Methodology

We conduct weekly tests for the students based on their academic level that are beneficial for both school curriculum and the competitive exams. These tests are evaluated thoroughly through the Artificial Intelligence Mechanism that assists in determining the speed and accuracy of the child. On the weekend collective and individual sessions are scheduled to discuss the results and the problems.
